Fermin´s Coppa Serrana is made from the collar of the authentic Spanish pigs, with an all natural diet and a intense and beautiful marbling. Marinated with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, pimenton, garlic and sea salt for 5 days and then air-cure it for around 4 months. This item is non-returnable, but if the item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a refund or replacement.
