This raw chestnut honey is packaged in a rustic clay crock handmade especially for us. It is a single varietal raw honey from Asturias, a mountainous region in northwestern Spain. Beekeepers source the honey only from natural reserves and mountainous areas to ensure the purity of the final product. It has a dark color and an intense woodsy flavor with hints of toasted nuts and molasses.
